The City of Fitchburg invites sealed bids for HVAC upgrades of 166 Boulder Drive space for the temporary relocation of Fitchburg's Public Library. This work will be performed in conjunction with architectural work and the selected contractor will be expected to work cooperatively with the general contractor. This contract is subject to Prevailing Wage requirements and the contractor shall pay prevailing wage rates in accordance with the applicable wage rate schedule from DLS included with the solicitation documents. Bid shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in an amount that is not less than five percent (5%) of the value of the bid.
