Miscellaneous Provisions All information with respect to this solicitation shall be directed through the Chief Procurement Officer, including questions, clarifications, or observations. Respondent shall not contact any City employee, agent, official, department, department head, or agent with regards to this solicitation. Doing so may lead to disqualification. Bid shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in an amount that is not less than five percent (5%) of the value of the bid Payment Bond Requirements 50% Bond required Last day for questions 8/4/2023 This contract is subject to Prevailing Wage requirements and the contractor shall pay prevailing wage rates in accordance with the applicable wage rate schedule from DLS included with the solicitation documents. City Hall is open from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on weekdays. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
