Fitchburg State University Awarding Authority Seeking Quotes for Mara 1-5 & Townhouse 1-7 Interior Painting Fitchburg State University, the Awarding Authority, invites quotes from General Contractors for FSU Mara 1-5 & Townhouse 1-7 Interior Painting The selected vendor will be responsible for the following tasks: Purchase and supply all materials necessary to complete the work Repair any blemishes or wall damage prior to painting Plaster, mud, tape, and sand as necessary to create finished look in the end Paint all interior walls "Fitchburg white" with the exception of one accent wall in every lounge, color TBD Paint the ceilings "Fitchburg white" Paint metal handrails and door frames and trim. Work must begin by July 10th 2023. Mara 1 must be completed fully prior to July 17th 2023. All other buildings must be completed prior to August 8th 2023
