Renovation of an educational facility in Richland, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of July 11, 2023, bids are rejected. The Scope of work is the replacement of the existing boilers at Richland High School. This will require routing new boiler flues and combustion air intakes and integrating the boilers into the existing DDC controls. The Owner hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunities to submit bids, and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, creed, religion, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, age, honorably discharged veteran or military status, national origin, or the presence of any sensory, mental, or physical disability in consideration for an award. This Project is subject to the Benton County prevailing wage rate requirements. Bids will be on a lump-sum basis awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities in the bidding. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of 30 days subsequent to opening of bids without the written consent of the Owner. Contact Meier Architecture o Engineering, Inc., 12 W. Questions received less than 4 days(96 hours) prior to the opening of Bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
