Bidders shall be licensed for the work as required by the Business and Professions Code. Contractor's license classification(s) for this work: A (Determined by Contractors' State License Board) Submit questions or requests for clarification by email to doe_specs@water.ca.gov. at least 5 days before the scheduled opening of bids. Responses, if appropriate, will be sent to all prospective bidders. Submit requests for drawings and specifications for the project by e-mail to doe_specs@water.ca.gov All bidders shall be prequalified by the Department. Bid forms will be furnished only to prequalified bidders who meet the requirements of the State Contract Act and Document 00040 - Prequalification Prevailing Wage Rate Determinations rates are on file for inspection at the office of the Department of Water Resources, Contract Coordination Section, 715 P Street, Room 4-407, Sacramento, California 95814 and posted on the website listed on Document 00300 - Information Available.
