Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Orillia, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the City of Orillia (the "City") to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Orillia Recreation Centre - Rooftop and Ladder Safety Modifications, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The City is seeking a qualified contractor to provide the necessary engineering, designs, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel and related works as specified herein, to support the design and installation of rooftop and ladder safety devices at the Orillia Recreation Centre. It is the City's expectation that work will proceed between Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and may be subject to change in coordination with the successful bidder to ensure the project is completed efficiently and in a timely manner. All work and related works under this Contract includes all engineering, designs, labor, equipment and materials as set forth below. All work must be informed by, and in compliance with, all relevant regulations and codes. Scope items are to include staging of material to roof, mobilization, and clean up.
