Renovation of a municipal facility in Altoona, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to obtain services from qualified firms for the installation of electrical items at Jellybean Hill. The City will rely upon the professional knowledge of the Contractor to identify any additional items required for a project of this type, and the Contractor shall include and highlight those items within the proposal. The Contractor shall submit a proposal clearly defining all required steps and phases of work required to complete the following items. The Proposer shall also include a lump sum fee. The Contractor shall address, at a minimum, the following items. The City of Altoona is seeking the services of an experienced and qualified firm or company to provide a proposal for the design and installation of electrical lighting components at the recreation area known as Jellybean Hill on the north end of McCann Drive.
