Renovation of a residential development in Brick, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Brick Housing Authority is seeking proposals for installation of Luxury Vinyl Plank in Forge Pond Hallways. The Housing Authority of the Township of Brick reserves the right to reject all bids or waive any informality in the selection process. Questions regarding the bid packet should be submitted in email form to iacob@brickha.org no later than July 3rd, 2023. All work to be performed underthis contract shall consist ofsupplying skilled and trained flooring installer(s) and helper(s) (ifrequired) to participate in and oversee this project. Participant(s) must supply own tools, equipment and all else necessary to perform the installation of Luxury Vinyl Planks in Forge Pond. The housing authority would like to purchase and have installed - Luxury Rigidcore Plank Floating Floor with IXPE Underlayment and 5G Superior click system (see attached technical specifications) Coastal Collection 7-inch-wide, color Cockle. The Contactor will also be required to install 6-inch cove base and rip up/dispose of existing carpet. The Contractor will also be required to provide and install doorway reducers into units. Forge Pond is a 4-floor building consisting of a ground floor which has approximately 2,326 sq feet of hallway which will require LVP. Forge Pond also has 3 upper floors of approximately 1,900 sq feet each of hallway which will require LVP.
