Renovation of a stadium in Honey Creek, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Contractors shall submit a bid security on or before the bid submittal deadline in the amount of 5% of the bid amount in the form of a bid bond from a reputable surety company payable to "Pottawattamie County". Contractor pledges that it will enter into a contract with the district on the terms stated in the bid and will furnish the required bonds covering the faithful performance of the contract and payment of all obligations thereunder. To secure the faithful performance of the work and to satisfy all of Contractor's payment obligations that arise on the project, the Contractor awarded the bid will be required to provide a payment bond in an amount not less than 100% of the contract sum through a corporate surety company, conditioned for the payment of all laborers and mechanics for labor that is performed and for the payment for material and equipment rental which is actually used or rented in the performance of the Contract. The Contractor awarded the bid will also be required to provide a performance bond in an amount not less than 100% of the contract sum through a corporate surety company. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any or all bids. No bidder maywithdraw his bid within 30 days after the scheduled closing time to receive bids. Phase 2: Provide new underground power to quad lift and add power outlets for newsnow making equipment on the hill. Provide power to main snow making equipment located in new pump house at the Mount Crescent Ski Hills.
