Project Description: This contract is for a project located in Cecil County, Maryland. This project involves the removal of an existing twin-celled corrugated metal pipe culvert, installation of a precast duel box concrete culvert including a concrete overlay, construction of cast-in-place concrete wing walls and heads, installation of traffic barrier, pavement resurfacing, full-depth paving, installation of stormwater management pipes and structures, installation of bioswales, and associated work. Project Location: The project is located on Elk Mills Road approximately 3.2 miles north of Elkton, MD in Cecil County, MD. Project Address: The project is located on Elk Mills Road approximately 200 feet west of Hebron Hill. Question Submission Deadline May 29, 2025, 3:00pm. No bid will be considered unless accompanied by a certified check or an acceptable bid bond of the bidder, payable to the order of Cecil County, Maryland, for five (5) percent of the total base bid amount. The Contract Payment and Contract Performance Bond are each to be in an amount equal to one hundred percent of the Contract amount. If the TOTAL BID AMOUNT is less than $100,000.00, the Contract Payment and Performance Bonds will not be required.
