Provide full replacement of handrails and guardrails on select stairway locations at Langson Library and the Social Science Laboratory Building ADA Handrail & Stair Upgrades - Multiple Building: 150 Calendar Days One (1) project that included The Replacement of Handrails and Guardrails for which the construction cost was at least $500,000 UCI reserves the right to reject any or all responses to this notice, to waive non-material irregularities, and to deem Contractors prequalified for the project. To prequalify, Contractors must agree to comply with all conditions including state prevailing wages, 10% bid bond, 100% payment and performance bonds, and insurance requirements.
