A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1.) Installation of Temporary Facilities for Office of Tourism and use of Truck Parking area. 2.) Sitework, Utilities, Paving, and Landscaping. 3.) New Travel Information Center Building including new water treatment system. 4.) Refurbishment of existing Storage Building. The Section 00 41 73 Prime Contractor Response Form (Response Form), which includes the attachments listed in the project manual table of contents, is posted within the VirtuBid area of the QuestCDN Plan Room. The Response Form must be downloaded, completed, and uploaded with the bid before it can be posted. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor (not as a subcontractor) the work for at least THREE contracts which have achieved - Substantial Completion since January 1, 2018 for construction of commercial projects. - Each of these contracts must have had a construction value of $5,000,000 or greater. OR In lieu of Responding company's projects, Responder may provide on the form below up to THREE qualified projects completed by the Project Manager while employed by others which have achieved - Substantial Completion since January 1, 2008 for construction of commercial projects. - Each of these contracts must have had a construction value of $5,000,000 or greater. Responses received from Prime Contractors that did not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be rejected. Site Observations. Public areas of the Site may be observed at Responder's convenience.
