Washington County is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for professional engineering services for the force main water system at the Public Works North Shop. The force main was installed in 2017. It services a building that utilizes a mechanics bay and wash bay, this causes sand and debris to enter the system which has created flow issues and has damaged system equipment. This RFP will address recommendations to resolve these issues.
