Site work for a mixed-use development in Kerrobert, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work generally involves the application of 6 inches of millings on 1.61 km of walking trail. There are four sites within this distance that require extra construction such as the placement of culverts for proper drainage, the laying of Geotech and adding clay dirt to low areas. These areas also have alkaline present and depending on the rainfall the ground may get soft, extra equipment may be needed to maintain access to the sites. Extra site work will be detailed in the attached Tender document. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. The prices tendered will not be the only consideration in evaluation whether to accept the tender from a qualified contractor. Experience of personnel, nature of the equipment used, proposed scheduling and references on preious work undertaken by the tenderer will also be considerations. Please provide a couple references.
