Site work and paving for a civil project in Kerrobert, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work includes: .1 Removal and replacement of approx. 400 lin. m. of 200 mm dia. gravity sewer main, including manholes and service connections; .2 Removal and replacement of approx. 34 building services from the main to the property line, as well as an additional 15 sewer service repairs at the sewer main; .3 Removal and replacement of approx. 110 lin.m. of 375 mm dia. ultra-rib PVC storm sewer, complete with catch basins; .4 Roadway reconstruction, including 44,000 m2 subgrade preparation, sub-base, base course and asphalt; .5 Staging and implementation of work to minimize impact to the community; .6 Coordination of detours and provision of accessfor ingress and egress to the locations of all work required; .7 Clean-up of site; .8 Repair of defects in workmanship and/or materials for a period of one year after completion of the work. General Contractors may obtain a digital copy of the Contract Documents from the Office of the Consulting Engineer. Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Tendered Amount The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest tender.
