The Rural Municipality of Mariposa No. 350 invites quotes for the stripping, excavation and stockpiling of any remaining aggregate at the municipal stockpile pit at the SE-16-35-20-W3M in the R.M. of Mariposa No. 350 and in accordance with Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure 4300 - Specification for Traffic Gravel. All communications and questions for clarification regarding the contents of the RFQ shall be forwarded by email to rm350@sasktel.net. The work should commence no earlier than January 1, 2024 and should be completed no later than March 15, 2024, unless otherwise directed by the R.M. Competition Type: Request for Quotation Agreement Type: NWPTA The R.M. reserves the right to: a) Suspend or cancel the RFQ at any time for any reason without penalty. b) Reject any and all bids or accept any bid or part thereof and may award all or a portion of the work to one or more proponent. c) Waive any formalities, formalities, technicalities or to reject any or all proposals based on the Vendor's lack of proven experience, performance on similar projects or the suitability of proceeding with the execution of work. d) Disqualify Bidders if there is an existing or recent business or personal relationship which can be perceived as causing a conflict of interest. Proposals shall contain declarations of conflict of interest. e) If several bidders submit bids in substantially the same amount, or should proposals be evaluated equally, the R.M. may, at its sole discretion, call upon those Bidders to submit further bids.
