Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Boyne City, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The bidder's scope of work consists of the construction of a one-story storage building, approximately 4,000 sq.ft in area. The building will be a wood framed pole structure with metal roofing and siding and with a concrete foundation and slab-on-grade. The facility will be an unheated space with no interior partitions. Building access will be by means of overhead doors and hollow metal man-doors. A continuous, 10-foot-wide concrete apron will be provided on two sides of the building as indicated on the drawings. All drives are to be gravel. The electrical service is to be an extension of existing on-site services. Electrical is restricted to general power and interior and exterior, building mounted, LED lighting. All land clearing, grubbing and tree/stump removal will be performed by the Owner.
