Attendance at the pre-bid conference is optional. Pre-bid conference minutes will be distributed to all attendees and invited bidders in addendum 1. Information disclosed in the pre-bid conference minutes will be considered part of the Bidding and Contract Documents. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 002113 - Instructions to Bidders and Document 003100 - Available Project Information. Bid Proposals shall be on forms furnished by Barton Malow Builders via Building Connected and/or the Project Manual. Bidders shall not withdraw or revoke Bid Proposals for a period of 60 days after date for receipt of Bid Proposals. The successful Bidder(s) will be required to enter into an agreement with Boyne City Schools on the Agreement Form identified in the Project Manual and maintain its prequalification status with Barton Malow until the work is completed. Bidders with an Experience Modification Rate (EMR) greater than 1.0 may not be considered for contract award. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract with Boyne City Schools on the AIA Document A132 Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and Contractor, Construction Manager as Adviser, 2009 Edition. Contractor agrees that he/she/they will not publish or otherwise mention, refer to or disclose his/her/their work for or with the Boyne City Schools for any reason without the advance written permission of the District's Superintendent. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
