The Engineer's Estimate for this is $550,000 The general, the work consists of construction of a two lane precast concrete plank launch ramp, with a skid pier dock system, adjacent 2,950 square yards of asphalt parking area and access drive, miscellaneous cast-in-place concrete and associated excavation, fill and dredging work A certified check or bidders bond for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid will be required with each proposal. The right is reserved by the Owner to accept any Proposal, to reject any Proposal, and to waive irregularities in Proposals. The anticipated construction schedule for this project is between October 2, 2023, and May 31, 2024.
