The intent of this bid is to procure services with one or more companies to provide pricing and discounts for the purchase (Lot 1), installation and/or repair of HVAC Variable Frequency Drives (Lot 2) throughout the School District. The School Board's goal is to promote partnership relationships within the policies and procedures of public procurement. The successful Bidder(s) shall be awarded a contract for an initial two (2) year term, with one (1) subsequent, two (2) year renewal period. 1.03 PRODUCTS OR SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED, AND APPLICABLE SPECIFICATIONS Lot 1 - The Purchase of specified drives, the prices on the bid submittal form are for both District to purchase and install as well as the awarded bidders price when quoting repairs/installation of the Drives. Lot 2 - Installation and/or repair of HVAC Variable Frequency Drives A. CONTACTOR'S QUALIFICATIONS 1. The HVAC Variable Frequency Drive Contractor(s) shall have one of the following licenses to provide the installation and repairs of HVAC Variable Frequency Drives. 2. The HVAC Variable Frequency Drive Contractor must have successfully completed within the past five (5) years a minimum of ten (10) commercial HVAC Variable Frequency Drive jobs. Include at least three of these on the attached reference form Page 38 of this ITB. 1. Labor: this bid is for all-inclusive labor costs. This cost will be for the installation and servicing of variable frequency drives includes your employee's time when their presence is actually on site.
