Demolition and site work for a library in Broadlands, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a library; and for site work for a library.
The Champaign Public Library is soliciting request for proposals from professional flooring contractors to provide flooring services for demolition and replacement of the interior meeting rooms at the existing public library located at 200 W Green St, Champaign, IL 61820. Priority consideration will be given to flooring contractor firms which have demonstrated successful experience in the provision of carpet procurement, demolition, and installation of a similar scope for a public library or other public sector owner, such as a municipality, as well as cost of the bid. The Library will remain open and the flooring contractor will be required to work closely with the Library personnel to develop and maintain a workable schedule to minimize public and staff inconvenience.
