Remodeling of a municipal facility in Trail Creek, Indiana. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
Received 2 bidders but unable to locate the exact address for the second low bidder. 1. Holiday Construction $360,000 2. La Porte County Project Management $419,000 The Bidder to whom the work is awarded will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Each Bidder shall be prepared to promptly execute the construction Agreement, furnish the required bonds and certificates of insurance coverage for the Work, and to commence the Work per the provisions of the Contract Documents in the event the award of the Work is made to them. Bond or cashier's check to be submitted with their bid on the designated Bid Bond form for an amount not less than five percent (5%) .
