Description

Renovation of a medical facility in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The previous solicitation has been included below for reference. This project is to replace the existing Foam Fire Protection System and piping with a new code compliant F3 concentrate system, modification of water supply may be required. Project work to include, modification to existing or installation of new manual firefighting equipment. This project will replace the existing Fire Alarm and UV/IR fire detection system for two Heliports. Zone fire sprinkler modification will be required. A new upsized Fuel/Water separator will also need to be installed. Design Builder to ensure that containment, drainage, and washdown are sufficient for use. The University reserves the right to reject any or all responses to Prequalification Questionnaires and to waive nonmaterial irregularities in any response received. All information submitted for prequalification evaluation will be considered official information acquired in confidence, and the University will maintain its confidentiality to the extent permitted by law Maximum Acceptance Cost (MAC): $1,400,000.00
