The anticipated term of this agreement is one (1) year with two (2), one-year options under the same terms and conditions. The length of this contract shall not exceed a total of three (3) years including the original contract and the two optional renewals. In submitting your bid, you must comply with these instructions Contractor agrees to provide to Department of Water Resources (DWR), Roofing Services at various DWR locations throughout the State of California. The Contractor will be an experienced firm providing commercial roofing services on a full-time commercial basis as its principal business for a minimum of 5 years.
