Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in French Lick, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Notice is hereby given that the French Lick Redevelopment Commission will receive sealed Bids for the construction of the Klondike Street Roadway and Infrastructure Improvements Project, the work of which includes but is not limited to the following improvements; a new roadway to be named Klondike Street with New Subgrade Treatment, New HMA Base, Intermediate, and Surface Courses, New Roll Curb, New Sidewalk and Curb Ramps, New Storm Drainage Piping and Associated Appurtenances, New Gravity Sewer and Force Main and Associated Appurtenances, and New Water Main and Associated Appurtenances. A pre-bid conference will not be held for the project Upon Issuing Office receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidders date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
