Springs Valley School Safe Room Professional Architectural Services. Springs Valley Community School has been awarded funding through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Indiana Department of Homeland Security (IDHS), Hazard Mitigation Grant (HMGP) program. All respondents will have to comply with all Federal contract provisions. Respondents should include the following information: a description of expertise, experience and resources directly relevant and available for the proposed project; a list of similar projects previously completed; a list of at least three references (name and current contact information) who may be contacted concerning your firms experience and performance; resumes of professional staff members that will work on this project; name of person to be in charge of project; identify all sub-consultants; description of scope of services; a project timeline; and name, title, address, and telephone number of individuals with the authority to negotiate and bind the proposer contractually, and who may be contacted during the period of statements of qualifications evaluation. All respondents will have to comply with all Federal contract provisions. Once the Statements of Qualifications have been reviewed and an agreement has been reached defining the scope of services with the top-ranked firm, the Springs Valley Community School and the top-ranked firm will proceed to negotiate a fee that is fair and reasonable to both parties. If an agreement is reached, a contract will be consummated. If an agreement cannot be reached, negotiations with the top-ranked firm will be terminated and the Springs Valley Community Schools will attempt to negotiate a contract with the second-ranked firm. The process may be repeated, as necessary. The Springs Valley Community Schools reserves the right to reject any and/or all statements of qualifications. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
