Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in French Lick, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The French Lick Redevelopment Commission will receive sealed Bids for the construction of The Parks at Cherry Hill Project, the work of which includes but is not limited to the following improvements; a new playground and equipment, shelter house, restroom, parking lot, two pedestrian bridges, concrete trail with asphalt and rubber alternate bids, stone trails, and various appurtenances. Upon Issuing Office receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
