It is the intent of the Ottawa County Road Commission to have the Contractor work under the direction of designated personnel and for The Contractor to furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, apparatus, and traffic control devices as required by law for highway type work to comply with the requirements of the contract. The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids and award the Contract in any manner to be of the best value to the County of Ottawa. It is the intent of the Ottawa County Road Commission to receive bids for catch basin cleanout on designated Ottawa County primary and local roads as well as State Trunklines for 2023 through 2026.
