Site work and new construction of a swimming pool in Mannington, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
Demolition of existing pool, concrete deck, pump and filters, plumbing, fencing, etc. Construction of a new poured concrete pool floor and splash pad. Splash Pad equipment and Pool Equipment has been purchased and will be delivered to the site. Installation of the splash pad equipment will be included in this scope. Pool equipment will be installed by the supplier. All plumbing of both the pool and splash pad will be included int his contract. The project consists of the demolition of the existing pool, concrete deck, pumps, filters, piping, etc. to allow for the construction of a new splash pad and pool. The Contractor shall be responsible for installing all of the purchased equipment. The piping, fittings, wiring, etc. will be the responsibility of the Contractor. The City has also purchase a stainless steel wall pool system for the project. This system will be delivered to the site and will be installed by the manufacturer. The Contractor will be responsible for the concrete floor of the pool, the concrete pad for the filter system, and all connected piping, wiring, etc. The Contractor shall install a new ADA ramp along the side of the pool and remodel the concession area of the existing Pool House.
