Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mannington, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project includes the following Work: Install temporary bypass road and stream crossing, demolish existing bridge and abutments, install new concrete abutments, install 20' long x 16' wide concrete box beam bridge, place asphalt pavement on both approaches, remove the bypass road and stream crossing, and restore to existing conditions. The Work will be substantially completed within 75 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and completed and ready for final payment within 90 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day.
