WATER MAIN RELAYS, at the following locations: W. St. Paul Av. (WT410180615), N. 13th St. to 72' W/O N. 17th St. (42 working days); W. St. Paul Av. (WT410180614), 72' W/O N. 17th St. to 600' E/O W. Greves St. (37 working days); W. St. Paul Av. (WT410180613), 600' E/O W. Greves St. to N. 25th St. (22 working days); W. Greves St. (WT410180616), W. St. Paul Av. to 250' E/O N. 25th St. (9 working days) (Note: Contractor to furnish and install approximately 5410 lin. ft. of 12", 8", 6", 4" and 3" ductile iron pipe. City to furnish miscellaneous materials as shown on plans and proposal form.) Time for Completion: Work shall begin immediately upon contract execution. All work, including pavement restoration, must be completed by November 22, 2023. Contractor shall use multiple crews, as necessary, to meet the completion date. Liquidated Damages, per diem: $852.00 The residency requirement for this project is 40% of all hours worked on the project. One quarter of these hours must be attributable to residents living in the following zip codes: 53204, 53205, 53206, 53208, 53210, 53215, and 53233. The SBE requirement for this project is 25% of the contract base bid. The SBE Compliance Plan (Form A) must be submitted with the bid and is an element of bid responsiveness. SBE certificates must be submitted with the Form A. Incomplete SBE Compliance Plans (Form A) or inaccurate SBE Compliance Plans will not be accepted and will render the bid unresponsive Bid Security Required: Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Cash to accompany bid: 10% of the Contractor's Base Bid.
