Amendment 0001 (6 June 2023)
The following changes have been incorporated and highlighted:
1. FA483023R0002 on SAM.gov: Attached 06 June 2023 Revised Base Pass stating the correct Site Visit date, 14 June 2023. This solicitation is issued by the 23rd Contracting Squadron for non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at Moody Air Force Base (AFB) and Grassy Pond Recreational Annex in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, plants and associated landscaping to present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price contract for all service maintaining Moody AFB grounds in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall provide continuous, efficient, and cost-effective service. The contractor shall provide or be responsible for having personnel with proper certification, qualifications, and licenses. The contractor shall maintain facilities in a neat, clean, and orderly condition at all times. The contractor is encouraged and expected to use innovative approaches to accomplish requirements efficiently and effectively in a timely manner in a way that fosters pride and ownership in the work performed. This is a Competitive 8(a) procurement limited to qualified/eligible firms in the Small Business Development Program. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561730 (Services) with a small business size standard of $9.5 Million. The Federal Supply Classification code is S208, and the Government intends to award one contract under this program. Period of Performance and Magnitude: The period of performance is to begin on 01 October 2023 with a 12-month base year and four (4) option years. All work shall be in strict compliance with the specifications of the contract and the Performance Work Statement. The Government intend to conduct a site visit for this proposal. The exact date of the site visit is identified in this solicitation. All prospective offerors are responsible for visiting SAM.gov web page frequently and obtain the solicitation, any amendments, and/or other information pertaining to this solicitation. No telephone calls or written requests for this solicitation package will be accepted. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the SAM.gov database to be eligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a Unique Entity ID (UEI) from SAM.gov. Registration may take up to several weeks to process. All prospective offerors must go to http://www.sam.gov/ to add or update its Representation and Certification record.
