Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Cottage Grove, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
As of November 25, 2024, an engineer has been identified and construction is ongoing. Briefly, the work of the RFP includes preparing a preliminary seismic retrofit design for two bridges. The contract may be amended to include preparing construction drawings and specifications for either or both bridges. The contract duration is expected to extend over a 5 month period from 8/21/23 through 1/31/24. A pre-proposal meeting will not be held The County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed proposal procedures, requirements, rules, or laws, and may reject for good cause any and all proposals upon the County's finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
