Renovation of a mixed-use development in Moab, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The City of Moab will receive sealed bids for the construction of the WRF Utility Vehicle Garage. The Work to be performed under this project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment required to construct and deliver to the site the facilities and features as described below: The City is seeking a prefabricated steel structure for use as a utility vehicle storage and maintenance building at the site of the existing wastewater reclamation facility. The building footprint is to be 55-feet by 100-feet, with five openings in the long side that are 15-feet wide by 18-feet tall. If contractor is able erect the building on site, as well as to supply insulation and rolling garage doors, please itemize those costs. Bid Security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Moab City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to accept or reject the whole or any part of the proposal; or to waive any informality or technicality in the interest of Moab City.
