Request for Qualifications and Fee Proposals for Architectural Services The Clark Allen School Farm Classrooms and Multipurpose Arena. The work will include, but is not limited to, the following: Typical professional services, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documents to provide bidding documents for the project described below. The owner will provide frontend documents at the 65% Design Phase; the consultant will provide the technical sections. The consultant will incorporate all sections (owner and consultant) to make a complete set of specifications for each of the design phase reviews. Project Location. Clark Allen School Farm Complex 1705 West Riding Club Road Cheyenne, Wyoming 82009 The work will include but is not limited to, the design of a new 15,000 square foot partially conditioned pre-engineered clear span metal building with a 90 foot by 125 foot by 20 foot eave height (90' x 125' x 120'), dirt floor multipurpose arena and a 30 foot by 125 foot (30' x 125') enclosed concrete slab-on-grade lean-to for two agricultural classrooms/labs, office, individual unisex-restrooms with showering facilities, storage, tack room, livestock fitting area and wash bay. The building site will have a 20-stall gravel parking lot and access roads, with additional parking for 15 bus and tractor trailer parking stalls; additional overflow parking and 'turn around' drive area will be considered. The site will also be graded for storm water drainage, routing, and detention for metered flow. New commercial water well and septic system are to be included in the design with the new facility. The facility will provide program space for student agricultural education through contextual learning of animal husbandry, livestock exhibition, and training.
