It is the intent of these specifications to describe ICE SANDING MATERIAL in sufficient detail to secure comparable bids. The City reserves the right to reject all bids. The lowest responsible bid, in all cases, will be accepted. Bids and quotations shall be for the period starting on or about July 3, 2023, and ending approximately one (1) year later and shall show net delivered prices without State or Federal taxes The City of Rapid City annually reserves the option of extending the 2023 contract through the calendar years of 2024, 2025 and 2026. The extension option may be exercised if agreed to by both parties.
