Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rapid City, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project is for street and sewer improvements at five seperate location within the city. These include: repairing low spot in Cobalt Drive pavement that collects water/ice, repairing broken sidewalk and curb along downtwon section of Main Street, replacing sections of curb along Ireland Place that is seperating from the roadway pavement, replacing drop inlet and connecting to outlet storm sewer at South Middle School, and repairing sinking and rough pavement along Fairmont Boulevard. Each proposal must contain a certified check or cashier s check for five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid As a guarantee of the Bidder entering into a contract for the construction of the work and furnishing of a 100 percent performance bond. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive all informalities and to accept the bid that is to the advantage of and is in the best interest of the City of Rapid City. All work with the exception of vegetation watering shall be complete by May 17, 2024
