The Project consists of constructing approximately Cold Milling Asphalt Concrete 723 SqYd, Asphalt Concrete Composite Prestressed Concrete Double Tee 700 Ft, Concrete Removal 50.6 SqYd, Movable Concrete Barrier 38 Each, Rail Repainting, Guardrail Installation, Traffic Control, Erosion Control and other various bid items. Provide a 5% bid security in accordance with the instructions to Bidders. No bid will be read or considered which does not fully comply with the above provisions as to bid security and acknowledgements. Any deficient Bid submitted will be resealed and returned to the Bidder immediately A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described here. Bidding Documents also may be examined on the Pennington County on Mondays through Thursdays between the hours of 6:00 am and 4:30 pm. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in any bid, to hold all bids for a period not to exceed 45 days from the date of opening bids and to rebid the project until a satisfactory bid is received.
