Site work and new construction of a civil project in Rapid City, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Description This project is for the construction of a storm water diversion from the Hawthorne Irrigation Ditch to the existing storm water system. This project includes the construction of new 36 storm sewer pipe, regrading of a drainage channel, and a water main lowering near the intersection of Highway 44 and Elk Vale Road. Each proposal must contain a certified check or cashier s check for five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. A guarantee of the Bidder entering into a contract for the construction of the work and furnishing of a 100 percent performance bond The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive all informalities and to accept the bid that is to the advantage of and is in the best interest of the City of Rapid City. all work shall be completed by June 30, 2024.
