Site work and paving for a water / sewer project in Reidsville, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for paving for a water / sewer project.
The City of Reidsville is requesting qualifications for selection of an Engineer to provide the engineering and project management of all the meters in the city. The City would like the engineer to supply their best specifications and history with water meters and all appurtenances necessary to complete the job and properly manage the GEFA grant/loan if awarded. The City is in dire need of Public Infrastructure Improvements, including, but not limited to, water, sewer, street paving, and/or drainage, and anticipates funding from GEFA. Selection of an Engineer for the project will be based on qualifications only as they relate to community and economic development needs. This is a quality based selection. The firm selected will be the engineer of record for all meter related projects for the next 2 years and any meter projects involving GEFA.
