Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jackson, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Site Directions: Various roads within Jackson Township. Jackson Township 2023 Contracted Paving. The project consists of miscellaneous repairs and wearing course overlays to five roads and two parking lots under one contract Contractors are required to be PennDOT Pre-Qualified Bid Bond made payable to the Owner, in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid shall accompany each bid. Bonding companies for Bid, Performance and Payment Bonds must be listed in the U.S The Labor Standards, Wage Determination Decision, and Anti-Kickback regulations (29 CFR, Part 3) issued by the Secretary of Labor are included inthe contract documents of this project and govern all work under the contract. All bids shall remain irrevocable for sixty (60) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Jackson Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding.
