High, Inc., awarded amount is $23,500.00** Each proposal must be accompanied by a bank cashier's check or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. Question Deadline 04/25/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. All questions shall be submitted to Engineer in writing via the Public Bidding Website Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The base contract includes, but is not limited to, the installation of a battery backup on a pole mounted auxiliary cabinet, installation of an emergency preemption 4-way system, and the installation of signal backplates with a retroreflective border. Jackson Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
