As of September 18, 2023, per owner, no award, no bids accepted. The Selection process will be Qualifications Based Selection in compliance with The Brooks Act: Federal Government Selection of Architects and Engineers Public Law 92-582. The City is seeking the services of a firm, partnership, joint venture, or team to provide Engineering and Design Services for various capital improvement projects within the City of St. Marys TAD 2. Under the guidance of the City Manager, or his designee, the consultant will provide Engineering and Design Services for various capital improvement projects within the boundary of St. Marys TAD 2, and other duties as outlined in this Request for Proposals. Projects could include items such as roadway, drainage, alternative transportation, water distribution, sewage collection and conveyance, water/sewer plant upgrade/construction, and other similar type infrastructure necessary for the successful completion of the overall projects. The City of St. Marys reserves the right to retain all SOQs submitted. All SOQs are public records to the extent required by the Georgia Open Records Act.
