Description

Demolition, site work and addition to a fire / police facility in Saint Marys, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a three-story above grade fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

Per the owner, as of April 30, 2025, the city is in the process of finishing the RFP. A firm is expected to be selected in July. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. ................. The expansion project will basically consist of a new 16' x 80' - 3 story tall Training Facility, a77' x 66' (5082 sf) Day Room addition, and a 50' x 50' (2500 sf) Training Room addition to the existing Fire Station Building. Questions should be submitted in writing no later than September 7, 2023
