Clubbs Street and west of Maritime Park along Pensacola Bay. Phase 2 consists of the construction of connected pedestrian pathways, parking, concrete wall terraces, a mound overlook, a rock scramble, a sand volleyball court, picnic area, and a kayak launch. Landscaping plans include new plantings, protection of existing trees and natural areas, and invasive species management. Construction of the approximately 5-acre phase includes site clearing and preparation, erosion control, grading, site lighting, stormwater ponds and conveyance, site furnishings, and beachfront restoration. Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining and paying for any and all required permits for this project. Addenda will be posted to the City's website.
