Renovation of a detention facility in Bayport, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
This solicitation has been designated to be awarded to a State of Minnesota Targeted Group (TG), Economically Disadvantaged (ED), or Veteran-Owned Small Business. ONLY responses received from Contractors that are TG/ED/VO certified through the Department of Administration, Office of Equity in Procurement, will be considered. The deadline to pre-register is 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 14, 2023. Plans and Specifications were prepared by CMTA Inc., Andrew Bartsch, 2201 12th St N Suite E, Fargo, ND 58102. 701 280 0500 (phone), andy.bartsch@cmta.com (email). Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor or as a Subcontractor the work for at least 2 contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since June 1, 2018, for construction of 15kV class electrical distribution work. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $200,000 or greater. The Project Manager responsible for this project has had at least 5 years of experience with 15kV class electrical work similar in scope and value to this project and has completed the work for at least 2 contracts with have achieved Substantial Completion since June 1, 2018 for construction of 15kV class electrical distribution work. Each of these contract must have had a construction value of $200,000 or greater.
