Wharton-Smith is the Construction Manager at Risk who is soliciting proposals and assuring that MBE and WBE firms are used, when possible, for the City of Punta Gorda Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements 2022. Sealed bids are to include the Bid Number 22-055 and the vendor name and address on the outside of the envelope/container. Bidding documents are available for review at our Ft. Myers office. Please advise Wharton-Smith should your office require special accommodations with bonding or insurance.
