The value range bid between $4k to $7k. The City of West Sacramento is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals ("Proposer") to provide minor wall repair and painting. More details on the City's needs for this work are provided in the Scope of Work. Each qualified Proposer is to submit a proposal in conformity with the terms of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") by the deadline below ("Proposal"). The Proposer selected by the City pursuant to the terms of this RFP and the City's contracting procedures, if any is selected, is referred to herein as "Contractor." Question Submission Deadline:June 16, 2023, 5:00pm A Proposer may submit Questions related to this RFP to the City through the City's e-Procurement Portal Question Response Deadline:June 19, 2023, 5:00pm Prospective Interview Date:July 12, 2023 Please state the Statement of Purpose of this Solicitation, being as descriptive as possible. Contractor shall install all missing drywall and baseboards to match the existing drywall and baseboards. All drywall is to be taped and textured to match the design of the existing drywall. Contractor shall prime and paint the installed drywall to match the existing paint colors. All walls being repaired and painted must be fully painted from floor to ceiling, edge to edge. Texture and paint touchups are to be included for the walls just prior to entering the affected room. The affected area is approximately 12 inches high running roughly 50 linear feet. Contractor will be responsible for leaving the jobsite free from all debris and to leave the project area clean. For the extent of this project, the project area includes all areas of the facility that the contractor must access to complete the work, including ingress, egress and parking areas. The Contractor shall furnish all tools, materials, supplies, and equipment to perform the tasks outlined in the Scope of Work. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
