Event Number : MDT-315244-RP The purpose of this contract is to provide Sanding Material as needed to Department supplied trucks at Contractors pit location Contractor/Vendor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to produce approximately 5,625 tons of sanding material on an as-needed-basis throughout the duration of the contract. Contractor/Vendor must be capable of supplying all sanding material requested. Provide sanding material Monday through Friday, with the exception of state observed holidays. The sanding material will be picked up through the months of July 2023 to February 2024. The Department will provide the haul trucks and pick up the sanding material at the Contractors/Vendors pit location. The Contractor/Vendor pit location must be within a 10-mile radius of Whitehall, MT. Contract Date: July 2023 Through February 2024 Measurement and payment of all sand or aggregate in this contract will be by the ton. Provide weighing equipment meeting the requirement of Subsection 109.01.1 & 301.03.2. If a platform scale is used, provide a scaleperson to record weights. Provide Project Manager a current copy of the certifications of the Contractors scale equipment.
