The anticipated term of this agreement is one (1) year with two (2), one-year options under the same terms and conditions. The length of this contract shall not exceed a total of three (3) years including the original contract and the two optional renewals. The Contractor will be an experienced firm providing commercial roofing services on a full-time commercial basis as its principal business for a minimum of 5 years.
